Which service do I need?
For renewals it depends on when your last UK passport was issued: after 2002 is VIP, 1994 to 2001 is Gold, before 1994 or unclear is treated as a first-time application. If your passport was lost, stolen or damaged, or your name has changed, those are separate services. Answer a few quick questions and we will tell you.
How fast can I get a UK passport from overseas?
Eligible adult renewals: 2 weeks or less, guaranteed, from the moment DHL Express collects your document pack. Replacements, child renewals and name changes: 3 weeks or less, guaranteed, where eligible. First adult and first child passports: around 4 weeks, best endeavours.
Do I need to fly back to the UK?
No. That is exactly what we exist to prevent. You apply online from wherever you live, DHL Express collects your documents from your address, we manage the application with HM Passport Office in the UK, and your new passport is couriered back to you anywhere in the world.
Are you GOV.UK or HM Passport Office?
No. ASAP Passports is an independent UK company and a registered UK passport agent. Your passport is still issued by HM Passport Office. We check your documents before submission, work directly with HM Passport Office to facilitate your application, and coordinate secure return delivery.
What does guaranteed mean?
If we miss the published turnaround on an eligible guaranteed service, you receive a full refund. The clock starts when your complete document pack and/or passport is collected from you, not when you pay. First adult, first child and very old applications are around 4 weeks on a best-endeavours basis and are not guaranteed.

Yes, and families often need this. Each application is its own service at its own price and timeline, but we coordinate them so the document gathering happens once and collections are combined where possible.
