How fast can I get my UK passport from overseas?

Eligible adult renewals can be completed in 2 weeks or less, guaranteed. Eligible replacements, child renewals and name changes are 3 weeks or less, guaranteed. First-time applications are usually around 4 weeks on a best-endeavours basis.

What does guaranteed actually mean?

If we miss the published turnaround on an eligible guaranteed service, you receive a full refund. The clock starts when your complete document pack and/or passport is collected from you—not when you pay.

What is included in the price?

The displayed price includes the ASAP service fee, HM Passport Office fees, DHL Express courier collection, secure global air freight and return delivery. If extra official evidence is required, we quote before spending anything.

Do I need to fly back to the UK?

No. You apply online from abroad, we check your documents, DHL Express collects what is required, and ASAP manages the UK-side application process with HM Passport Office before secure return delivery.

Are you GOV.UK or HM Passport Office?
